继电保护定值全链条数字化转型研究

摘　　要：长期以来继电保护定值由基层保护班成员手动输入,不仅费时费力效率低且易出错。鉴于此,本文结合二次远程运维平台推广,提出打通整定计算系统、定值单系统和二次远程运维平台之间的横向接口,以xml格式定值单为基础,实现定值从整定、上传、推送、在线下装、在线比对、回执到闭环的全流程系统化,完成了继电保护定值业务全链条的数字化转型,助力电力高质量发展。试点应用验证了本文所提方法,对继电保护领域转型具有参考与借鉴意义。For decades,the way that relay protection settings have been manually input by members of the grass-roots protection teams is time-consuming,labor-intensive,inefficient and error-prone,which doesn't conform to the national strategy of new quality productive forces.In view of this,combined with the vigorous promotion of the secondary remote operation and maintenance platform,the integration of the horizontal interface among the setting calculation system,the setting list system and the secondary remote operation and maintenance platform is proposed in this paper.Based on the setting list in XML format,the whole process from settings calculating,uploading,pushing,online downloading,online comparison,receipt to closed loop has been systematized,which realizes the digital transformation of the whole chain of the setting business and providing assistance for the high-quality development of the power industry.The pilot application has verified the method proposed in this paper,which has reference and significance for the transformation in the field of relay protection.
