摘 要:近20年,我国根据水土流失综合治理面积变化以及治理成效提出水土保持工作要点,为今后的水土流失治理工作提供建议和参考。水土流失已成为全球性的环境问题,威胁到人类的可持续发展。中国作为实施可持续发展战略的国家,经过几十年对水土流失的研究和治理已取得显著成效。累计完成水土流失综合治理面积逐年上升;与2003年相比,2019年水土流失面积下降了23.45%;2003年以前水土流失以中度及以上侵蚀为主,2019年后轻度流失面积占比超过62%,各省水土流失治理度也达到新水平。According to the changes in the area of comprehensive soil erosion control and the effectiveness of soil erosion control,this paper put forward the key points of soil and water conservation work in the future,and provided suggestions and references for future soil erosion control work.Soil erosion has become a global environmental problem that threatens the sustainable development of mankind.As a country that promotes the strategy of sustainable development,China attaches more importance to the research and control of soil erosion.After decades of research and management,China's soil erosion control has achieved remarkable results.The comprehensive soil erosion management model is the most effective mode for soil erosion control,and this study studies the area change and treatment effectiveness of comprehensive soil erosion management in China in the past 17 years.The result showed that the area of comprehensive soil erosion control in China had increased year by year.Compared with 2003,the area of soil erosion in 2019 decreased by 23.45%,and the area of soil erosion before 2003 was mainly moderate or above,and the area of light erosion accounted for more than 62%after 2019,and the degree of soil erosion control in various provinces also reached a new level.
