防洪能力提升工程水土流失影响分析与预测

摘  要:文章根据清水河(化桥至红崖段)防洪能力提升工程,通过采用局部新建堤防、现有堤防加高加固、滩槽整治等工程措施,实现防洪达标建设,全面提升该段防洪能力,并进行了水土保持区域划分、主体工程水土保持评价、水土流失防治责任范围及防治分区,分析了水土流失量预测单元、水土流失预测内容、水土流失影响因素,基于水土流失防治标准,确定了土壤侵蚀模数,进行了土壤流失量计算。According to the flood control capacity improvement project of Qingshui River(from Huaqiao to Hongya),this paper adopts some engineering measures,such as newly-built dikes,heightening and strengthening existing dikes,and regulating beaches and troughs,to realize the construction of flood control standards and comprehensively improve the flood control capacity of this section,carries out the division of soil and water conservation areas,the evaluation of soil and water conservation of the main project,the responsibility scope of soil and water loss prevention and control,and analyzes the prediction unit,content and influencing factors of soil and water loss.
