家蚕造血器官辐照后的形态观察

摘  要:本试验通过透射电镜,经时观察了100 Gy重离子射线辐照家蚕4龄第3天幼虫造血器官后,5龄期的器官形态变化。结果表明:辐照前期的造血器官内的血球变大、电子密度降低,器官的基底膜开始断裂、失去完整性,直至血球坏死、基底膜完全消失;辐照后期在翅原基周围原造血器官的位置开始出现类似造血器官的基底膜,在内部观察到血球前驱细胞,细胞间隔由紧凑逐渐变得松散。研究结果认为重离子射线辐照损伤的家蚕造血器官存在损伤修复的再生现象。The morphological changes in the hematopoietic organs of silkworm larvae at the 5th instar were observed by transmission electron microscopy,after the larvae were irradiated with 100 Gy of heavy ions on the third day of the 4th instar.The results showed that the hemocytes in the hematopoietic organs turned larger,the electron density decreased,and the basilar membrane on the surface of the hematopoietic organs began to break and lose its integrity,till hemocytes necrosis and basilar membrane completely disappeared.At the later stage of irradiation,basilar membranes,which were similar to hematopoietic organs,began to appear around the wing disc primordium;meanwhile,progenitor cells were observed,and the cell spacing changed from compact to loose.The results suggested that the hematopoietic organs of Bombyx mori damaged by heavy ion radiation could be regenerated.
