摘  要:目的建立同时检测饮用水中25种药物和个人护理品(PPCPs)的在线固相萃取超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(online SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)法,为检测饮用水中PPCPs提供技术支持。方法样品通过在线固相萃取仪前处理,用乙腈和含0.1%甲酸的2 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,ACQUITY UPLCⓇHSS T_(3)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)为分离色谱柱,在ESI正离子扫描与多反应监测(MRM)模式下检测。结果25种PPCPs在0.0~100.0 ng/L时线性良好,相关系数r^(2)值均>0.99,检出限0.029~1.046 ng/L,定量限0.098~3.488 ng/L,回收率65.3%~116.7%,RSD 1.4%~16.8%。结论该方法适宜同时测定饮用水中25种PPCPs,具有操作简便、灵敏度高等优势,能满足实际检测需求。Objective To develop an online solid-phase extraction-ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(online SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)method for the simultaneous detection of 25 pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs)in drinking water,providing technical support for PPCPs detection in drinking water.Methods The samples were pretreated using an online SPE.Acetonitrile and 2 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0.1%formic acid were used as the mobile phase,and gradient elution was performed on ACQUITY UPLCⓇHSS T_(3)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)column.Detection was performed in ESI positive ion mode with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).Results The 25 PPCPs exhibited good linearity in the range of 0.0 to 100.0 ng/L,with correlation coefficients(r^(2))greater than 0.99.The detection limits ranged from 0.029 to 1.046 ng/L,and the quantitation limits ranged from 0.098 to 3.488 ng/L.The recovery rates were between 65.3%and 116.7%,with relative standard deviation(RSD)ranging from 1.4%to 16.8%.Conclusion This method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 25 PPCPs in drinking water,offering advantages such as simplicity,high sensitivity,and the ability to meet practical detection requirements.
