摘 要:近年来,电信网络诈骗已成为发案最多、上升最快、涉及面最广、人民群众反映最强烈的犯罪类型之一,对其打击和治理刻不容缓。在智慧新警务的背景下,大数据分析技术给打击和治理电信网络诈骗提供了新思路,其数据分析涉及大量错综复杂的关系。知识图谱擅长结构化地表达客观世界各个实体之间的关系,为大数据分析奠定数据基础。将知识图谱技术应用到电信网络诈骗案件的分析中,有助于捋清案件中各个实体间的关系,并挖掘出更深层次的情报信息,对案件的侦破起到一定的指导作用。In recent years,telecommunications network fraud has emerged as one of the most prevalent,fastestgrowing,widespread,and severely condemned types of crime among the people.The governance of this crime cannot be delayed.Against the backdrop of smart new policing,big data analytics technology has provided fresh insights into combating and managing telecommunications network fraud,involving the analysis of numerous intricate relationships.Knowledge graph excels at structurally expressing the relationships between various entities in the objective world,laying a data foundation for big data analytics.Applying knowledge graph technology to the analysis of telecommunications network fraud cases helps clarify the relationships between various entities involved in the cases and uncover deeper intelligence information,thereby playing a guiding role in solving the cases.
