摘 要:导览是博物馆教育极为重要的组成部分。近年来,自助式导览在博物馆中得到广泛应用,但仍面临着使用率不高、学习效果不佳和可推广性不足等多方面的问题。本研究运用EDIPT设计思维模型,将“麦当劳点餐”中自选、便捷和生活化的理念融入博物馆自助式导览的创新设计,于香港故宫文化博物馆进行“看展懒人包”原型测试,尝试探索博物馆自助式导览的提升路径。测试的过程和反馈表明博物馆的自助式导览需要以观众为核心,采取三重叠加的博物馆自助式导览策略,即重视观众的参与和选择,创新媒介的重组与融合,附加叙事的情景和游戏。Museum tour guide is a crucial component of museum education.In recent years,self-guided tours have become widely used in museums;however,they still face challenges such as low usage rates,inadequate learning outcomes,and limited adoption.This study applied the EDIPT design thinking model to integrate concepts from“McDonald’s ordering”—including self-selection,convenience,and lifestyle—into the innovative design of museum self-guided tours.A prototype of“Easy Tour Guide”has been tested at Hong Kong Palace Museum to explore ways to enhance self-guided museum tours.Based on the testing process and feedback,the research recommends that museum self-guided tours should focus on the audience,adopting a three-pronged strategy that emphasizes audience participation and choice,media reorganization and integration,and the use of narrative scenes and gamification.
