赋权型动员:政党动员农妇参与革命的权利逻辑——以陕甘宁边区为例(1937-1949)

摘　　要：中国共产党领导革命取得胜利的重要因素之一是获得了农民的支持,尤其是实现了对广大农村妇女的有效动员。基于陕甘宁边区(1937-1949)的深度调查发现,共产党通过颁布法律、宣传教育等形式,赋予农村妇女在政治、经济、文化、家庭生活领域中享有平等权利,引导其突破父权制的旧有秩序,从家庭“私”领域的束缚中解脱出来,步入更为广阔的“公”领域,形塑了尊严化的妇女形象,推动了妇女在身体和心灵上的双重解放。中共在一系列赋权运动中有效传播了政党思想与方针政策,建构了农村妇女适应中共革命的价值观,赢得了妇女群体的认同与拥护,形成了妇女解放与革命事业协同共进的发展格局,为减少性别贫困,实现两性权利平等提供了探索空间。One important factor contributing to the Party’s victory in the revolution was the support of farmers,especially the effective mobilization of the rural women.An in-depth study focusing on the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningx⁃ia Border Region(1937-1949)shows that the CPC,by enacting laws and conducting publicity and education ini⁃tiatives,empowered rural women to enjoy equal rights in the political,economic,cultural,and family life domains with their male counterparts,guided them to break through the old patriarchal order,freed them from the fetters of the“private”sphere of family to step into a broad world of“public”sphere,shaped the image of woman with digni⁃fied personality to promote their liberation both physically and mentally.Through a series of empowerment move⁃ments,it effectively communicated its political ideas,guidelines and policies,built the values aligning the interests of the revolution with those of the rural women,thereby,wining their recognition and endorsement,which advanced both the women’s liberation and the revolutionary,making valuable explorations in reducing gender-based poverty and achieving equal rights between genders.
