摘　　要：在世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正以前所未有的方式展开的背景下,地处人类文明交汇和地缘政治节点地区的丝绸之路经济带沿线国家学界,深入聚焦习近平外交思想中关于和平安全、繁荣发展和团结多彩的新理念新实践,围绕全球性问题、共建“一带一路”、多边主义、全球治理体系及人类命运共同体等问题进行多维度探讨。梳理并分析他们的研究成果,将为深入贯彻党的二十大精神、全方位开展中国特色大国外交、推动构建新型国际关系提供重要参照。Against the backdrop of unprecedented changes in the world,the times and the history,the academ⁃ic circles of the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt,located at the intersection of human civilizations and the geopolitical nodes,have shown great interest in Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy,focusing mostly on its new ideas and practices on issues like peace and security,prosperity and development,solidarity and diversity.They have also probed into global issues,cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative,multilateralism,global gover⁃nance system and the community with a shared future for mankind.A thorough study of the academic results is of great significance for implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ad⁃vancing major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics on all fronts and promoting the building of a new type of international relations.
