摘　　要：目的:汉化医学生压力量表(medical student stress scale,MSSS)并检验其在中国在校医学生中的信效度。方法:通过翻译、回译和跨文化调适过程,构建中文版医学生压力量表。采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对882名医学专业学生进行调查,对量表进行条目分析及信效度评估。结果:中文版MSSS量表包含2个维度,共19个条目,探索性因素分析揭示了2个主要因素,累计方差解释率为52.970%。验证性因子分析显示χ^(2)/df=2.477,RMSEA=0.07,RMR=0.03。内容效度指数范围为0.75~1,平均为0.84。量表的总Cronbach's α系数为0.933,总重测信度为0.908,折半信度为0.861。结论:中文版医学生压力量表显示出良好的信效度,适用于中国文化背景下对在校医学生压力的评估。Objective To localize the Medical Student Stress Scale(MSSS)and test its reliability and validity among Chinese medical students.Methods Constructing a Chinese version of the MSSS through the process of translation,backtranslation and cross-cultural adaptation.Multi-stage random sampling was adapted to survey 882 medical students,and reliability and validity of the scale was test.Results Exploratory factor analysis revealed 2 main factors with a cumulative variance explained of 52.970%.Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated good model fit(χ^(2)/df=2.47,RMSEA=0.07,RMR=0.03).The content validity index ranged from 0.75 to 1,with an average of 0.84.The internal consistency Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.933,The test-retest reliability was 0.908,and the split-half reliability was 0.861.Conclusions The Chinese version of the MSSS demonstrates good reliability and validity,suitable for assessing the stress of medical students in the Chinese cultural context.
