摘 要:目的:分析口腔癌(oral cancer,OC)患者行皮瓣移植术后采用代金氏管管喂联合吞咽功能训练干预对患者恢复的影响。方法:选取本院2019年1月—2023年10月收治的60例OC患者为研究对象,患者均于本院接受OC皮瓣移植术治疗,并依据入院时间先后分组,将2019年1月—2021年5月收治的30例患者纳入对照组(接受常规护理干预),将2021年6月—2023年10月的30例患者纳入观察组(接受代金氏管管喂联合吞咽功能训练干预)。比较两组患者吞咽功能、营养状态、术后并发症以及护理满意度。结果:干预后观察组患者吞咽功能障碍程度明显优于对照组;干预后观察组标准吞咽功能量表(standardized swallowing assessment,SSA)评分为(25.26±4.21)分明显低于对照组的(30.17±5.04)分;干预后观察组白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)及血清总蛋白(total protein,TP)水平分别为(40.38±3.24)g/L、(138.72±15.17)g/L和(64.08±10.07)g/L均高于对照组的(37.31±2.88)g/L、(125.44±12.29)g/L和(58.19±9.74)g/L;观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组;观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组。结论:代金氏管管喂联合吞咽功能训练对行OC皮瓣移植术的患者干预效果确切,可明显改善患者吞咽功能以及营养状态,同时可降低术后并发症,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of Dai's gavage combined with swallowing function training on recovery of patients with oral cancer(OC)after skin flap transplantation.Methods A total of 60 patients with OC who underwent skin flap transplantation in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,30 patients admitted from January 2019 to May 2021 were included in the control group and given routine nursing intervention.The other 30 patients admitted from June 2021 to October 2023 were included in the observation group and given Dai's gavage combined with swallowing function training.The two groups were compared in terms of swallowing function,nutritional status,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction.Results After intervention,swallowing dysfunction in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group.After intervention,the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)score of observation group(25.26±4.21)was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.17±5.04).After intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb)and total protein(TP)in observation group[(40.38±3.24)g/L,(138.72±15.17)g/L and(64.08±10.07)g/L]were higher than those in the control group[(37.31±2.88)g/L,(125.44±12.29)g/L and(58.19±9.74)g/L].The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing than the control group.Conclusion Dai's gavage combined with swallowing function training can significantly improve swallowing function and nutritional status in patients with OC undergoing skin flap transplantation while reducing postoperative complications and increasing satisfaction.
