摘 要:鱼类细胞技术发展最初源于鱼类病毒学研究的需要。迄今为止,大部分鱼类细胞模型是各类非营养代谢性组织器官的原代细胞或细胞系,如吻、鳍、头肾、性腺、胚胎等。肝脏是鱼体重要的代谢器官,鱼类肝细胞自首次体外培养成功,迄今已有40多年的历史。目前约有40多种鱼的肝细胞被分离和培养,已广泛应用于鱼类生理、药理、毒理、遗传学等的研究。本文总结了国内外鱼类肝细胞分离与培养技术的研究进展,以及鱼类肝细胞应用于鱼类生理学、药理学、毒理学等方面的研究成果,旨在为鱼类肝细胞培养技术更广泛应用于相关的研究领域提供参考依据。The development of fish cell culture technology originated from the need of fish virology research.To date,most of the fish cell models are primary cells or cell lines of various non-nutritive metabolic tissues and organs,such as snouts,fins,head kidneys,gonads and embryos.Liver is thea major metabolic organ,the history of hepatocyte culture dates back over 40 years since it was first cultured in vitro.Currently hepatocytes of about 40 species of fish have been isolated and cultured,and extensively used in the studies on fish physiology,pharmacology,toxicology and genetics,etc.This paper summarized the research progress on technology of fish hepatocyte isolation and culture home and abroad,as well as their research accomplishments in fish physiology,pharmacology,toxicology and so on,which were expected to provide reference for the further application of fish hepatocyte culture in the related studies.
