中国沿江河集装箱柜中欧江海联运航线路径研究

摘　　要：建立中欧集装箱柜江海联运网络以适应中国沿江河港口箱柜跨国联运的需求;从发货人利益着想,根据集装箱柜联运流程和港口、航道设施完善程度建立了可靠性和支付费用函数,以总可靠性最优、支付费用最小为目标进行整数0-1设计,根据发货人对可靠性、支付费用和时间等三个要素侧重面不同的需求,确认各个标的函数权重,通过加权求和对可靠性和费用标的转换成单一标的函数问题,运用遗传算法进行求解;以上海港至鹿特丹港的电脑和日常鞋袜消费品两大类箱柜联运为例,得出权重值不同情况下的最优联运预案,并和目前海运航线的可靠性、支付费用和运输时间比对。比对证明:选择的江海联运航线路径在可靠性、费用和时间上均优于目前海运航线,并适合发货人的需求;中欧集装箱柜江海联运整体网络可靠性最优。Establish a China-EU container river-sea intermodal transport network to meet the needs of China′s cross-border intermodal transport of container containers along river ports.For the benefit of the shipper,the reliability and payment function are established according to the container intermodal transport process and the perfection of port and waterway facilities,and the integer 0-1 design is carried out with the goal of optimal total reliability and minimum payment cost.according to the shipper′s different requirements for reliability,payment and time,confirm the weight of each function.Through the weighted sum,the reliability and cost target are transformed into a single target function,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.Taking the combined transportation of computers and daily consumer goods of shoes and socks from Shanghai Port to Rotterdam as an example,the optimal plan of combined transport under different weights is obtained and compared with the reliability,payment and transportation time of the current shipping route.The comparison shows that the selected river-sea intermodal transport route is better than the current shipping route in terms of reliability,cost and time,and is suitable for the needs of shippers;the overall network reliability of China-Europe container river-sea intermodal transport is the best.
