摘 要:贝类对不同粒径浮游植物的选择性滤食可能会影响浮游植物的粒径组成,但关于贝类养殖区浮游植物的粒径结构及分布特征研究甚少。为此,探究了枸杞岛贻贝养殖区夏季3种粒径浮游植物Chl a的组成和分布特征。结果表明,在水平分布上,3种粒径Chl a占比均具有站位差异。而在垂直分布上,皮米级Chl a的垂直分布特征与其余3种(高斯分布)不同。另外,微米级Chl a与总Chl a呈正相关,且其贡献了总Chl a的80.25%,表明该海域夏季Chl a主要来自微米级浮游植物。纳米级浮游植物占总Chl a比例(13.86%)远低于东海其他海区(49%),这可能是厚壳贻贝对纳米级浮游植物的选择性滤食所导致的。因此,规模化厚壳贻贝养殖能影响海区浮游植物的粒径组成。Although the selective feeding of shellfish may affect the structure of phytoplankton particle size in nature,few studies have examined the particle size composition of phytoplankton in shellfish farms.In this study,total Chl a and Chl a concentration in different locations,water layers(upper,middle and lower layers)and particle sizes(micron,nanometer and picometer)were measured in a mussel farm around Gouqi Island during the summer.From the perspective of horizontal distribution,we found that the relative proportion of each of the three sizes differed among survey stations.From the perspective of vertical distribution,although the total Chl a and each of the three sizes of phytoplankton was mainly distributed in a Gaussian pattern,the vertical distribution characteristics of the pico-sized Chl a were different from the other sizes,indicating that the vertical distribution characteristics of Chl a concentration differed among sizes.In addition,while total Chl a was negatively correlated with pico-sized Chl a,it was positively associated with micro-sized Chl a.Furthermore,micro-sized Chl a accounted for 80.25%of the total Chl a,suggesting that the total Chl a in this mussel farm mainly originated from micro-sized phytoplankton.Meanwhile,since the relative proportion of nano-sized Chl a(13.86%)was relatively low compared with other area(49%)in East China Sea.The results indicated that the selective feeding of Mytilus coruscus may affect the particle size structure of phytoplankton.
