摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》提出的“在法治轨道上推进中国式现代化”命题,包括两重内涵:法治是中国式现代化的重要保障,中国式现代化的实现还要求与时俱进推进法治本身的现代化。在法治轨道上推进中国式现代化,关键在于协调好改革和法治的关系,一方面要在法治下推进改革,另一方面要在进一步全面改革的过程中完善法治。以法治推进中国式现代化,就要完善中国特色社会主义法治体系,全面推进国家各方面工作法治化。宪法在法治体系中居于核心地位,是国家治理的基本框架,要全面贯彻实施宪法,把宪法实施贯穿到国家法治化建设全过程。其中,以宪法为统领协同推进法治各环节改革和贯彻落实宪法实施情况报告制度是宪法推进中国式法治现代化建设的应有之义。The Decision on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Putting Chinese Path to Modernization Forward,adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,put forward the proposition of"Putting Forward Chinese Path to Modernization on the track of the rule of law",which includes two connotations:the rule of law is an important guaranteeing to Chinese path to modernization,and the realization of Chinese modernization also requires advancing to promote the modernization of the rule of law itself with the times.The key to promoting Chinese path to modernization on the track of the rule of law lies in coordinating the tension between reform and the rule of law.On the one hand,it is necessary to promote reform under the rule of law,and on the other hand,it is necessary to improve the rule of law in the process of further comprehensive reform.To promote Chinese path to modernization through the rule of law,it is necessary to improve the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and comprehensively promote the legalization of all aspects of the country's work.The Constitution occupies a core position in the rule of law system and is the basic framework for national governance,and it is necessary to fully implement the Constitution and make the implementation of the Constitution run through the entire process of the country's rule of law construction.Among them,with the Constitution as the guide,the coordinated promotion of the reform of all aspects of the rule of law and the implementation of the Constitution implementation of the reporting system are the proper meaning of the Constitution to promote the rule of law of Chinese path to modernization.
