摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在领导推进党的作风建设过程中,围绕如何贯彻落实中央八项规定提出了一系列新思想新观点新论断,形成习近平总书记关于中央八项规定重要论述。习近平总书记关于中央八项规定重要论述有其丰富的核心要义,包括地位作用论、目标任务论、推进策略论、实施方法论、践行效果论等,在实践中展现出高超的治党智慧、坚韧的政治定力、强烈的忧患意识、真挚的为民情怀、突出的担当精神等鲜明特质。在新时代新征程上,要以“严”的基调、“实”的责任、“细”的施策、“准”的靶向、“制”的建设为实践进路,持续推进中央八项规定精神落到实处,确保党的作风建设取得新成效。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping,in leading the advancement of the Party's style construction,has proposed a series of new ideas,new viewpoints,and new judgments regarding how to implement the Eight Rules,forming the important discourse by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the Eight Rules.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the Eight Rules contains rich core meanings,including the theories on position and role,goals and tasks,advancement strategies,implementation methodologies,practical effects and so on.And it demonstrates distinctive characteristics like remarkable wisdom in Party governance,strong political orientation,acute awareness of potential risks,genuine concern for the people,and prominent spirit of responsibility during the process of practice.On the new journey,we should stick to taking the strict tones,real responsibilities,detailed policies,targeted measures,and systematic constructions as practical paths.We must continue to implement the spirit of the Eight Rules to ensure new achievements of the Party's style construction.
