摘　　要：目的:探讨专科护理在不孕症辅助生殖技术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2024年2月于泰州市人民医院接受辅助生殖技术治疗的1109例不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机抽号法分为研究组(n=560)与常规组(n=549)。研究组给予专科护理,常规组给予常规护理,比较两组依从性、生活质量、心理状况及不良反应。结果:研究组总依从率为高于常规组,护理后生活质量-30(QOL-30)量表各维度评分高于常规组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专科护理能提高不孕症辅助生殖技术治疗患者的依从性、生活质量,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。Objective:To explore the application effect of specialized nursing in the treatment of infertility patients with assisted reproductive technology.Method:A total of 1109 infertile patients who received assisted reproductive technology treatment in Taizhou People's Hospital from October 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group(n=560)and control group(n=549)using the computerized random sampling method.The study group received specialized nursing care,while the control group received routine nursing care.The compliance,quality of life,psychological status,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The overall compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of each dimension of the quality of life after nursing-30(QOL-30)scale were higher than those of the control group,the scores of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized nursing can improve the compliance and quality of life of patients with infertility treated with assisted reproductive technology,and alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.
