摘　　要：目的:探讨责任制护理管理制度在卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院及厦门大学附属第一医院收治的103例卵巢癌化疗患者,按照信封随机法分为对照组(n=51,常规护理干预)与观察组(n=52,责任制护理管理制度干预)。干预前后采用癌症疲乏量表(CFS)、癌症患者生命质量测量量表体系之卵巢癌量表(QLICP-OV)分别对两组临床症状、生活质量进行评估,并比较两组并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组CFS量表各项评分均降低,且观察组更低,两组QLICP-OV量表评分均升高,且观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组更低,护理总满意率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌化疗患者采用责任制护理管理制度干预在缓解癌因性疲乏症状、降低并发症发生率及提高生活质量方面均效果良好,且有助于提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of responsibility nursing management system in ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 103 ovarian cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Xinglin Branch,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=51,conventional nursing intervention)and observation group(n=52,responsibility nursing management system intervention)according to the envelope randomization method.Before and after intervention,the cancer fatigue scale(CFS)and the ovarian cancer quality of life instruments for cancer patients(QLICP-OV)were used to evaluate the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the two groups,and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores all dimensions of CFS scale in two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower,the scores of QLICP-OV scale in two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of responsibility nursing management system intervention in ovarian cancer chemotherapy patients has shown good results in alleviating cancer-related fatigue symptoms,reducing the incidence of complications,and improving quality of life.It also helps to increase nursing satisfaction.
