时效性激励护理联合早期康复护理在神经内镜下脑出血清除术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内镜下脑出血清除术后患者采用时效性激励护理联合早期康复护理的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于贵阳贵航医院行神经内镜下脑出血清除术的300例高血压脑出血患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各150例。其中对照组术后实施早期康复护理,观察组在此基础上实施时效性激励护理。比较两组心理弹性[Connor-Davison心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分]、自我管理效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分]及日常生活能力[日常生活活动能力评定量表(Barthel指数)评分]。结果:护理后,两组CD-RISC中坚韧、力量及乐观评分,以及GSES评分、Barthel指数评分均较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行神经内镜下脑出血清除术后高血压脑出血患者给予时效性激励护理及早期康复护理,效果显著,可有效提高其心理弹性及自我管理效能,增强患者日常生活能力。Objective:To investigate the application effect of timely incentive care combined with early rehabilitation care in patients after neuroendoscopic intracerebral hemorrhage removal.Method:From January 2022 to January 2023,300 patients in Guihang Guiyang Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,150 patients in each group.The control group implemented early rehabilitation care after surgery,and the observation group implemented timely incentive care on this basis.The psychological resilience[Connor-Davison resilience scale(CD-RISC)score],self-management efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score]and daily living ability[daily living activities rating scale(Barthel index)score]were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores for resilience,strength,and optimism in the CD-RISC,as well as the scores for GSES and Barthel index in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timeliness incentive care and early rehabilitation care for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after neuroendoscopy,which can effectively improve their psychological elasticity and self-management efficiency,and enhance the daily living ability of patients,which is worth promoting.
