眩晕宁片联合倍他司汀治疗前庭性偏头痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨眩晕宁片联合倍他司汀治疗前庭性偏头痛的效果。方法:回顾性分析180例患者的临床资料,均来自2021年3月—2023年12月在广元市中心医院接受治疗的前庭性偏头痛患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和联合组,各90例。对照组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,联合组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合眩晕宁片治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月并随访6个月。对比两组偏头痛发作频率(发作天数、发作次数、持续时间)、疼痛程度[口述分级评分法(VRS)]、眩晕残障程度[眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)]及用药安全性。结果:随访期间,联合组发作天数、发作次数均少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VRS评分均下降,且联合组VRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组DHI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:眩晕宁片联合倍他司汀治疗前庭性偏头痛患者效果良好,可减少眩晕发作频率、减轻疼痛水平,且治疗期间不良反应可控,用药安全性较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Xuanyunning Tablets combined with Betahistine in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Method:The clinical data of 180 patients were retrospectively analyzed,all samples were from patients with vestibular migraine who treated in Guangyuan Central Hospital from March 2021 to December 2023,they were divided into the control group and the combined group according to different treatment methods,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Betahistine Mesylate Tablets,and the combined group was treated with Betahistine Mesylate Tablets combined with Xuanyunning Tablets,both groups were treated for 1 month and followed up for 6 months.The frequency of migraine attacks(number of days of attack,number of attacks,duration),degree of pain[verbal rating scale(VRS)],degree of vertigo disability[dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)]and medication safety were compared between two groups.Result:During the follow-up period,the number of episodes and the number of episodes in the combined group were less than those in the control group,and the duration was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the VRS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the VRS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the DHI scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuanyunning Tablets combined with Betahistine has a good effect in the treatment of patients with vestibular migraine,which can reduce the frequency of vertigo attacks and reduce the level of pain,the adverse reactions during the treatment are controllable and the safety of medication is good.
