重症心肌炎心力衰竭患者经主动脉内球囊反搏仪治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探析主动脉内球囊反搏仪治疗重症心肌炎心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月泉州市第一医院心血管内科收治的106例重症心肌炎心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同将患者分为A组(n=53,常规治疗)与B组(n=53,常规治疗联合主动脉内球囊反搏仪治疗)。比较两组心功能指标、肾功能指标及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组心功能指标、肾功能指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心功能指标、肾功能指标较治疗前改善,且B组左室射血分数、每搏输出量、24 h尿量、肾小球滤过率高于A组,心率、左心室舒张末期内径、血肌酐低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症心肌炎心力衰竭患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏仪治疗可改善心功能、肾功能,提升临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect on intra aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of patients with severe myocarditis and heart failure.Method:A total of 106 patients with severe myocarditis and heart failure who admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into group A(n=53,conventional treatment)and group B(n=53,conventional treatment combined with intra aortic balloon counterpulsation)according to different treatment schemes.The cardiac function indexes,renal function indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the cardiac function indexes and renal function indexes between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the cardiac function indexes and renal function indexes of two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume,24 h urine volume and glomerular filtration rate in group B were higher than those in group A,while the heart rate,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and serum creatinine were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intra aortic balloon counterpulsation in patients with severe myocarditis and heart failure can improve cardiac function,renal function,and enhance clinical treatment effect.
