摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆对中青年男性高血压病肝阳上亢证患者血压及性功能的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月于湖南省直中医医院接受治疗的80例中青年男性高血压病肝阳上亢证患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予治疗性生活方式干预,观察组给予耳穴压豆联合治疗性生活方式干预,疗程8周,比较两组血压水平、治疗效果及勃起功能障碍(ED)发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组血压较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组轻度ED、ED发生率较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆治疗中青年男性高血压病肝阳上亢证患者可有效降低血压,改善性功能。Objective:To explore the effect of auricular point pressing beans on blood pressure and sexual function in young and middleaged male patients with hypertension of liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome.Method:A total of 80 young and middle-aged male patients with hypertension of liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome who treated in Hunan Province Directly Affiliated TCM Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given therapeutic lifestyle intervention,and the observation group was given auricular point pressing beans combined with therapeutic lifestyle intervention,for 8 weeks,the blood pressure level,therapeutic effect and incidence of erectile dysfunction(ED)were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group were decreased more significantly than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the incidence of mild ED and ED in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing beans can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve sexual function in young and middle-aged male patients with hypertension of liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome.
