腹针联合循经针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究腹针联合循经针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2024年11月在邳州市中医院治疗的80例LDH患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组方案上接受腹针联合循经针刺治疗,对比两组临床疗效、腰椎功能、炎症因子、下肢功能障碍情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)各维度评分及直腿抬高角度均较治疗前明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹针联合循经针刺治疗可改善LDH患者腰椎及下肢功能,效果显著,作用机制可能与抑制炎症反应有关。Objective:To explore the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 80 patients with LDH treated in Pizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to November 2024 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the study group received abdominal acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture treatment.The clinical efficacy,lumbar spine function,inflammatory factors,and lower limb dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dimension of Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment(JOA)scores and straight leg elevation angles were significantly higher in both groups than those before treatment,and the indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rates and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores were significantly lower in the study group than those before treatment,and the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture can improve lumbar and lower limb function in LDH patients,with significant effects,the mechanism of action may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory response.
