摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合Bobath康复训练干预脑卒中恢复期患者的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2023年4月盐城市中医院针灸一科收治的100例脑卒中恢复期患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=50,Bobath康复训练)和观察组(n=50,耳穴压豆联合Bobath康复训练)。比较两组入院当天、出院前1 d肌力、中医症状评分、神经功能缺损情况[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、日常生活能力[Brathel指数(Barthel index,BI)评定量表]。结果:出院前1 d,两组肌力等级、BI评定量表评分高于入院当天,且观察组高于对照组,两组中医症状评分、NIHSS评分低于入院当天,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合Bobath康复训练可改善脑卒中恢复期患者肌力、中医症状评分、神经功能缺损情况,提高日常生活能力。Objective:To observe the effect of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with Bobath rehabilitation training in the intervention of stroke patients in convalescent stage.Method:A total of 100 stroke patients in convalescent stage who admitted to the First Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=50,Bobath rehabilitation training)and the observation group(n=50,ear acupoint pressing beans combined with Bobath rehabilitation training)by random number table method.The muscle strength,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,neurological deficit[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]and daily living ability[Brathel index(BI)rating scale]were compared between two groups on the day of admission and 1 d before discharge.Result:At 1 d before discharge,the muscle strength grade and BI rating scale scores of the two groups were higher than those on the day of admission,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those on the day of admission,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupoint pressing beans combined with Bobath rehabilitation training can improve the muscle strength,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,neurological deficit and daily living ability of stroke patients in convalescent stage.
