早期持续家庭康复干预对早产儿神经行为发育的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期持续家庭康复干预对早产儿神经行为发育的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的早产儿90例,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=46),对照组采用常规家庭护理干预,观察组采用早期持续家庭康复干预。比较两组生长发育情况,Gesell发育诊断量表评分、Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)评分及再住院率。结果:观察组身长、体重及头围增长水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组AIMS评分及Gesell发育诊断量表评分均升高,观察组各评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组再住院率为26.09%,低于对照组的47.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期持续家庭康复干预能促进早产儿神经行为发育,且能降低再住院率。Objective:To investigate the effects of early continuous family rehabilitation intervention on neurobehavioral development of premature infants.Method:Ninety premature infants admitted to the First People's Hospital of Suqian City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=46),the control group received routine family nursing intervention,and the observation group received early continuous family rehabilitation intervention.Growth and development,Gesell developmental diagnostic scale score,Alberta infant motor scale(AIMS)score and readmission rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The height,weight and head circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the AIMS score and Gesell developmental diagnostic scale scores in both groups were increased than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The readmission rate of the observation group was 26.09%,which was lower than 47.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early continuous family rehabilitation intervention can promote the neurobehavioral development of premature infants and reduce the rate of readmission.
