摘　　要：中医外治法在骨折治疗中的应用历史悠久,应用广泛,其既可以作为骨折非手术治疗手段之一,为患者提供多种治疗选择,又可以与手术治疗相结合,作为术前准备或术后康复的重要组成部分,具有副作用小,禁忌证少等优点。同时,随着近些年来科技发展,应用中医外治法辅助治疗骨折也有新的进展,本文对此做一综述,以期在未来的临床工作中应用外治法提供参考。The application of external treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone fracture has a long history and is widely used,which can be used as one of the non-surgical treatments for bone fracture to provide patients with a variety of therapeutic choices,and can also be combined with surgical treatments as an important part of the preoperative preparations or postoperative rehabilitation,which has the advantages of small side effects,few contraindications and so on.Meanwhile,with the development of science and technology in recent years,there are new advances in the application of external treatment of Chinese medicine to assist in the treatment of bone fracture,which is reviewed in this paper,with a view to providing reference for the application of external treatment in future clinical work.
