摘  要:基于注浆法分析了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、泡沫掺量以及注浆压力对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗压强度和比强度的影响,利用干密度与变异系数探讨各因素对试件均匀性的影响,结合抗压强度与均匀性得出最优掺量配比及其制备方法。研究结果表明:注浆法制备的陶粒泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和比强度主要受泡沫掺量、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比和注浆压力的影响,影响程度为泡沫掺量>粉煤灰掺量>水胶比>注浆压力;最优配比为水胶比0.55、粉煤灰掺量20%、泡沫掺量50%以及注浆压力0.20 MPa,在该配比下获得的注浆法陶粒泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、干密度、变异系数分别为5.8 MPa,821.4 kg/m 3和5.87。In this study,the effects of water-to-binder ratio,fly ash content,foam content and grouting pressure on the compressive strength and specific strength of ceramsite foam concrete are analyzed based on the grouting method.The dry density and the coefficient of variation are then used to evaluate the effect of above factors on the homogeneity of the specimens.Finally,the optimal mix proportion and the preparation method are derived by the combination of compressive strength and homogeneity.The research shows that the compressive strength and specific strength of ceramsite foam concrete prepared by grouting method are affected by the following factors:foam content>fly ash content>water-to-binder ratio>grouting pressure.The optimal mix proportion of ceramsite foam concrete prepared by the grouting method is water-to-binder ratio 0.55,fly ash content 20%,foam content 50%and grouting pressure 0.20 MPa.The compressive strength,dry density and coefficient of variation of the grouting ceramsite foam concrete obtained by the optimal mix proportion are 5.8 MPa,821.4 kg/m 3 and 5.87,respectively.
