摘 要:家用燃气灶具通过对流和辐射两种方式传递热量,聚能环作为燃烧器和锅底间的内凹圆盘状结构,可强化锅底区域的辐射换热。为了研究聚能环对家用燃气灶具辐射换热的影响,基于Fluent对家用燃气灶具燃烧与辐射换热过程进行数值模拟,探究聚能环结构参数对家用燃气灶具辐射换热的影响。试验结果表明:随着聚能环的内径及与锅底间距的增加,家用燃气灶具辐射换热量呈现先增大后减小的趋势;而随着聚能环高度的增加,家用燃气灶具辐射换热量则呈现先减小后增大的趋势;随着聚能环外径的增大,家用燃气灶具辐射换热呈现逐渐增大的趋势。当聚能环与锅底间距为12.5 mm,聚能环高度为10 mm,聚能环内径为60 mm,聚能环外径为140 mm时,家用燃气灶具辐射换热量较大。The heat is transfered by convection and radiation in domestic gas stoves.The energy-aggregating ring,as a concave disc-shaped structure between the burner and the pot bottom,can enhance the radiation heat transfer in the pot bottom.To study the effect of the energy-aggregating ring on the radiation heat transfer of domestic gas stoves,the combustion and radiation heat transfer process of domestic gas stoves was numerically simulated based on Fluent,and the effect of the structural parameters of the energy-aggregating ring on the radiation heat transfer of domestic gas stoves was explored.The results show that with the increase of the inner diameter and the gap between the energy-aggregating ring and the pot bottom,the radiation heat transfer of domestic gas stoves shows the trend of first increasing and then decreasing;while with the increase of the height of the energy-aggregating ring,the radiation heat transfer of domestic gas stoves shows the trend of first decreasing and then increasing.With the increase of the outer diameter of the energy-aggregating ring,the radiation heat transfer of domestic gas stoves increase gradually.When the gap between the energy-aggregating ring and the pot bottom is 12.5 mm,the height of the energy-aggregating ring is 10 mm,the inner diameter of the energy-aggregating ring is 60 mm,and the outer diameter of the energy-aggregating ring is 140 mm,the radiation heat transfer of domestic gas stoves is larger.
