阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗对冠心病患者的临床疗效及对患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨为冠心病(CHD)患者应用阿托伐他汀、依折麦布治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年12月-2023年12月桂林市中医医院收治的60例CHD患者作为研究对象,经随机数表法分为对照组(n=30,阿托伐他汀口服治疗)、观察组(n=30,阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布口服治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左室收缩末内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、氨基末端脑利肽前体(NT-proBNP)指标均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的头痛、腹部不适、失眠、恶心等不良反应发生率高于,与对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗CHD效果较好,优于阿托伐他汀单药治疗,患者的心功能有效改善,且安全性有保障。Objective:To discuss the efficacy of atorvastatin and ezetimibe in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:A total of 60 CHD patients admitted to Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=30,atorvastatin oral treatment)and observation group(n=30,atorvastatin combined with Ezetimibe oral treatment)by random number table method,and the specific treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of observation group was was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and amino-terminal brain lipeptide precursor(NT-proBNP)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of headache,abdominal discomfort,insomnia,nausea and other adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe is effective in the treatment of CHD,which is better than atorvastatin monotherapy,and the heart function of patients is effectively improved with guaranteed safety.
