银胡感冒散贴剂治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究银胡感冒散贴剂治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月-2022年11月遵义医科大学附属医院收治的60例急性上呼吸道感染的患儿作为研究对象。采用系统随机化法,分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规口服治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用银胡感冒散贴剂。比较两组的主症评分、次症评分、症状改变时间、临床疗效、症状积分和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组的临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的症状积分较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用银胡感冒散贴剂治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染可改善临床症状、缩短病程,降低症状积分,无不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yinhu Ganmao powder patch on acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Method:Sixty children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by systematic randomization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional oral treatment,and the observation group received Yinhu Ganmao powder patch on the basis of conventional treatment.The main disease score,secondary disease score,symptom change time,clinical efficacy,symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom score of observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Yinhu Ganmao powder patch in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the course of the disease,reduce the symptom score,and no adverse reactions.
