壮医针刺联合药熨治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医针刺联合药熨治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2024年6月广西中医药大学附属国际壮医医院收治的60例原发性痛经患者作为研究的对象,采用随机模式按照1:1比例将其分为两组。其中对照组的治疗方法为口服布洛芬,观察组采用壮医针灸联合药熨治疗。连续治疗3个月经周期。分别在疗程后比较两组患者视觉模拟(VAS)评分及中医证候积分变化,观察治疗3个月经周期后,两组治疗的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:经治疗后,两组患者痛经症状均有所缓解,VAS视觉模拟评分以及中医证候积分均得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组的具体改善程度来看,观察组的中医证候积分改善更为明显,且起效更快,疗效也更稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效更好的同时其不良反应率也更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对单一止痛药治疗,壮医针灸联合药熨对于气滞血瘀型原发性痛经治疗的效果更好,临床疗效显著、稳定,且无痛、操作简便,副作用少。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture acupuncture by Zhuang medicine combined with medicine ironing on primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to International Zhuang Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into two groups according to 1:1 ratio by random mode.The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen.While the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with medicine ironing.The treatment continued for 3 menstrual cycles.Visual analogue Scales(VAS)scores and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment.Result:After treatment,dysmenorrhea symptoms were alleviated in both groups,and VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the specific improvement degree of the two groups,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was more obvious,and the effect was faster and more stable,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower while the curative effect was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single painkiller treatment,Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with medicine ironing has better effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis.The clinical effect is significant,stable,painless,easy to operate,and less side effects.
