摘　　要：城市管网作为城市的重要基础设施,对于我国推进新型城镇化、实现中国式现代化具有重要的支撑作用。金融业为城市管网建设提供各类金融服务,促进资源合理配置,可以助力社会主义现代化强国建设。本文分析了金融服务支持城市管网建设的路径:一是优化城市管网建设的投融资体系,二是通过风险管理和财务咨询等服务提供有力保障,三是以绿色金融促进可持续发展,四是通过均衡公共服务促进城乡一体化。本文进一步从明确城市管网项目责任主体、加快相关制度建设、全方位增强融资支持、提升项目运营管理效能等四个方面提出政策建议。金融业助力城市管网建设,既是其服务实体经济的职责所在,也是实现自身高质量发展的新路径。Urban pipeline networks,as vital urban infrastructure,play a crucial role in promoting China's new-type urbanization and realizing Chinese-style modernization.The financial sector provides various financial services for urban pipeline construction,facilitating efficient resource allocation and contributing to the construction of a modern socialist country.This paper analyzes the ways financial services support urban pipeline construction:optimizing the financing system for urban pipeline projects,providing robust support through risk management and financial consulting services,promoting sustainable development through green finance,and fostering urban-rural integration by balancing public service provision.This paper further proposes policy recommendations from four aspects:clarifying the responsible entities for urban pipeline projects,accelerating the development of relevant institutional frameworks,comprehensively enhancing financing support,and improving the efficiency of project operation and management.Overall,the financial sector's support for urban pipeline construction not only fulflls its responsibility to serve the real economy but also offers a new pathway for achieving high-quality development within the industry.
