双醋瑞因联合玻璃酸钠治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的探究肩关节周围炎患者采用双醋瑞因联合玻璃酸钠治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2022年2月-2023年2月于泰安市中医医院骨科就诊的120例肩关节周围炎患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组(60例)采用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组(60例)采用玻璃酸钠注射联合双醋瑞因口服治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率、肩关节功能评分、疼痛评分、炎性因子(白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、环氧化酶-2)及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的81.67%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.988,P=0.008)。治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分与肩关节功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肩关节周围炎患者采用双醋瑞因联合玻璃酸钠治疗,可优化临床疗效,提升肩关节功能,减轻患者疼痛感,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of diacetycline combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were treated in the orthopedics department of Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to Feb-ruary 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(60 cases)treated with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate;observation group(60 cases)treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with oral diacerein.The total effective rate,shoulder joint function score,pain score,inflammatory factors(interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,cyclooxygenase-2)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the ob-servation group was 96.67%(58/60),higher than that of the control group 81.67%(49/60),the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ^(2)=6.988,P=0.008).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score and shoulder joint function score between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the shoulder joint function score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the lev-els of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis with diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate can opti-mize the clinical efficacy,improve the function of shoulder joint,relieve th
