子宫下段提拉式缝合术在瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中临床应用的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析子宫下段提拉式缝合术在瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中临床应用效果。方法 方便选取2021年2月—2023年9月铜仁市人民医院产科收治的203例瘢痕子宫剖宫产术产妇作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(101例)与观察组(102例)。对照组应用常规缝合处理,观察组应用子宫下段提拉式缝合术,对比两组产妇临床指标、产后出血评分、子宫瘢痕修复评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组缝合时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组产后出血及子宫瘢痕修复评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为0(0/102),低于对照组的2.94%(3/101),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.373,P=0.241)。结论 子宫下段提拉式缝合术在瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中临床应用效果效果较好,可有效缩短手术时间,减少产后出血风险,并修复子宫瘢痕。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of the lower uterine segment lifting suture in the cesarean section of scarred uterus.Methods A total of 203 parturients with cesarean section of scar uterus admitted to the obstetrics department of Tongren People´s Hospital from February 2021 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects,according to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(101 cases)and an observation group(102 cases).The control group was treated with conventional suture,and the observation group was treated with the lower uterine segment lifting suture.The clinical indexes,postpartum hemorrhage score,uterine scar repair score and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The suture time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage and uterine scar repair scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 0(0/102),which was lower than 2.94%(3/101)of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.373,P=0.241).Conclusion The clinical application effect of the lower uterine segment lifting suture in the cesarean section of scarred uterus is great.It can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,repair uterine scars.
