摘　　要：目的 探究老年帕金森病言语障碍患者应用阶梯式言语康复护理对言语功能恢复的影响。方法 方便选取2021年3月—2023年3月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的104例老年帕金森病言语障碍患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为两组,每组52例。进行常规护理的为对照组,在对照组基础上加用阶梯式言语康复护理的是观察组。对两组言语功能、生活质量及护理满意度进行比较。结果 护理后,与对照组比,观察组言语功能评分更低,生活质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100.00%(52/52),高于对照组的88.46%(46/52),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.422,P<0.05)。结论 针对老年帕金森言语障碍患者采取阶梯式言语康复护理有助于改善患者的言语功能,并提高患者的生活质量,护理满意度更高。Objective To explore the effect of stepped speech rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of speech function in elderly patients with Parkinson´s disease.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with speech disorder of Parkinson´s disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,assigned to two groups,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received stepped speech rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The speech function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with control group,the speech function score of the observation group was lower,and the quality of life score was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group 100.00%(52/52)was higher than that of the control group 88.46%(46/52),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.422,P<0.05).Conclusion Stepped speech rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with Parkinson´s speech disorder is helpful to improve the speech function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
