综合性干预对全髋关节置换术患者生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究全髋关节置换术患者实施综合性干预的作用。方法 随机选取2018年1月—2023年9月仪征市人民医院收治的70例行全髋关节置换术患者为研究对象。按照不同护理方法分为综合组和一般组,每组35例。一般组行基础护理,综合组加用综合性干预。比较两组负性情绪、并发症发生情况及生活能力。结果 综合组9项患者健康问卷评分为(10.98±3.87)分、广泛性焦虑障碍量表评分为(6.51±1.87)分,均低于一般组的(14.10±3.90)分、(9.12±1.54)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.360,6.374;P均<0.05)。综合组并发症总发生率低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组生活能力中生理、心理、社会关系及环境评分均高于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 综合性干预在全髋关节置换术患者中的作用较好,可有效减少负面情绪,并发症减少,生活能力改善。Objective To explore the role of a comprehensive intervention in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods Seventy patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to Yizheng People´s Hospital from January 2018 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into comprehensive group and general group,with 35 cases in each group.The general group was treated with basic nursing and the comprehensive group was added with comprehensive intervention.Negative emotions,complications and living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 in the comprehensive group were(10.98±3.87)points and the General Anxiety Disorder-7 score were(6.51±1.87)points lower than that in the general group(14.10±3.90)points and(9.12±1.54)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.360,6.374;both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention has a good role in patients with total hip arthroplasly,which can effectively reduce negative emotions,reduce complications,improve life ability.
