基于IKAP理论的护理模式在精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者护理中基于IKAP理论的护理模式的应用效果。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年12月靖江市第二人民医院收治的96例精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者作为研究对象,根据不同干预方式分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组行常规护理,观察组应用基于IKAP理论的护理模式,对比护理满意情况、遵医行为、生活质量。结果 与对照组的护理满意度79.17%(38/48)比较,观察组的93.75%(45/48)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.359,P=0.036)。干预后,与对照组比较,观察组遵医行为评分评分更高,精神分裂症患者生活质量量表评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 将基于IKAP理论的护理模式用在精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者中,可促进遵医行为增多,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the application effect of the nursing model based on the IKAP theory in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia complicated by metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 96 patients with schizophrenia complicated by metabolic syndrome admitted to the Jingjiang Second People´s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was applied with the nursing model based on the IKAP theory.The nursing satisfaction,compliance behavior,and quality of life were compared.Results Compared with 79.17%(38/48)of the control group,93.75%(45/48)of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.359,P=0.036).After the intervention,compared with control group,the compliance behavior score of observation group was higher,the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on the IKAP theory was applied to patients with schizophrenia complicated with metabolic syndrome,it can promote the increase of compliance behavior,and improve the quality of life.
