摘　　要：目的 探究经口气管插管致口唇黏膜压力性损伤预防护理中戴明环(PDCA)的运用效果。方法 随机选取2023年1月—2024年7月遵义医科大学附属医院收治的60例经口气管插管患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组(n=30,PDCA预防护理)、对照组(n=30,常规预防护理)。比较两组口唇黏膜压力性损伤发生率、护理满意度以及护理依从性。结果 护理后,观察组口唇黏膜压力性损伤总发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度以及护理依从性均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 实施PDCA预防护理可有效预防经口气管插管致口唇黏膜压力性损伤,提高护理满意度、护理依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA in the prevention and nursing care of oral lips mucosal pressure injury caused by orotracheal intubation.Methods From January 2023 to July 2024,60 patients with orotracheal intubation admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different methods of nursing care,they were divided into the observation group(n=30,PDCA preventive care),the control group(n=30,routine preventive care).The incidence of oral lip mucosal pressure injury,nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total incidence of oral lip mucosal pressure injury in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA preventive nursing can effectively prevent the oral lips mucosal pressure injury caused by orotracheal intubation,improve nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance.
