规范化护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复效果的评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨对急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施规范化护理干预的效果。方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年12月江苏省兴化市中医院收治的92例急性缺血性脑卒中疾病患者为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同分组。对照组(46例)行常规护理干预,观察组(46例)行规范化护理干预。比较两组运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量的评定结果以及护理满意度。结果 观察组运动功能恢复评分(70.59±4.88)分、日常生活能力评分(73.26±5.09)分均高于对照组的(41.03±5.09)分、(54.27±4.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=28.432,18.828;P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组护理总满意率和护理后生活质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用规范化护理模式的康复效果比较理想,对患者运动功能的恢复、日常生活能力的提高具有积极作用,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Xinghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from June 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Grouped according to different nursing methods.The control group(46 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(46 cases)received standardized nursing intervention.The evaluation results of motor function,activities of daily living,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The motor function recovery score(70.59±4.88)points and the activities of daily living score(73.26±5.09)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(41.03±5.09)points and(54.27±4.57)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=28.432,18.828;both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing and the quality of life score after nursing in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of the standardized nursing model in the nursing of patients with acute ischemic stroke is relatively ideal.It has a positive effect on the recovery of patients´motor function and the improvement of their activities of daily living,improves the enhances nursing satisfaction.
