加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探究加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术(laparoscopic common bile duct exploration,LCBDE)联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)患者中应用的价值。方法 便利选取2022年2月—2023年11月江苏省海安市人民医院收治的106例接受LCBDE联合LC治疗的患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施加速康复外科护理。对比两组心理状态、疼痛程度、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组抑郁、焦虑情绪评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后12 h、24 h、48 h,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.11%(52/53),高于对照组的84.91%(45/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.371,P<0.05)。结论 在LCBDE联合LC治疗中给予加速康复外科护理能帮助患者缓解负面情绪,改善患者的生活质量,降低疼痛感,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the value of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in patients with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE)combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE)combined with LC in Jiangsu Hai´an People´s Hospital from February 2022 to November 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).At 12 h,24 h,and 48 h after surgery,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.11%(52/53),which was higher than 84.91%(45/53)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.371,P<0.05).Conclusion In LCBDE combined with LC treatment,enhanced recovery after surgery nurs‐ing can help patients alleviate negative emotions,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce pain,and improve nursing satisfaction.
