功能性鼻内镜术联合术后糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果

摘　　要：目的研究功能性鼻内镜术+术后糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果。方法回顾性选取2021年4月—2023年4月于麻城市人民医院行功能性鼻内镜术的100例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床资料,按治疗方法的不同分为研究组(糠酸莫米松喷雾剂+鼻腔冲洗治疗,50例)和对照组(常规抗生素+鼻腔冲洗治疗,50例)。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症指标、鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间和复发情况。结果治疗总有效率比较,对照组为80.00%(40/50),低于研究组的94.00%(47/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。研究组鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间短于对照组,白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、γ干扰素(interferon-γ,INF-γ)水平以及复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论功能性鼻内镜术+术后糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果较好,可有效提高临床疗效,缓解炎症反应,改善预后,降低复发率。Objective To study the effect of functional nasal endoscopy+postoperative mometasone furoate spray in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent functional nasal endoscopic in Macheng People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(mometasone furoate spray+nasal irrigation treatment,50 cases)and control group(conventional antibiotics+nasal irrigation treatment,50 cases).The clinical efficacy,inflammatory index,nasal mucosal epithelialization time and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of the comparison of the total treatment effective rate,the control group was 80.00%(40/50),which was lower than that of the study group at 94.00%(47/50),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).The time for nasal mucosal epithelialization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-8(IL-8),interferon-γ(INF-γ)and the recurrence rate in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Functional nasal endoscopy+postoperative mometasone furoate spray is effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate inflammation,improve prognosis and reduce recurrence rate.
