摘 要:目的探讨益生菌联合蓝光照射在改善新生儿黄疸营养状况中的作用。方法方便选取2022年3月—2024年3月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的106例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分成两组,各53例。对照组实施枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蓝光照射;观察组实施益生菌联合蓝光照射。对比两组患儿的治疗结果、胆红素水平、黄疸消失时间及营养状况。结果观察组治疗有效率为98.11%(52/53),高于对照组的83.02%(44/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.067,P=0.008)。治疗后,观察组患儿血清胆红素及经皮测胆红素均低于对照组,黄疸消失时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿体重高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合蓝光照射可促进黄疸的消退,改善患儿营养状态。Objective To explore the effect of probiotics combined with blue light irradiation on improving the nutritional status of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 106 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bacillus subtilis bivalent viable granules combined with blue light irradiation;the observation group was treated with probiotics combined with blue light irradiation.The treatment results,bilirubin level,jaundice disappearance time and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.11%(52/53),which was higher than 83.02%(44/53)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.067,P=0.008).After treatment,the serum bilirubin and skin bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of jaundice was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with blue light irradiation can promote the regression of jaundice and improve the nutritional status of children.
