多模态体感运动联合格林模式健康教育在甲状腺癌切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺癌切除术患者采用多模态体感运动联合格林模式健康教育的效果。方法随机选取2021年2月—2023年11月聊城市人民医院收治的80例甲状腺癌切除术患者为研究对象,以不同护理方法分成对照组和干预组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予多模态体感运动联合格林模式健康教育,比较两组癌症疲乏[癌症疲乏量表(Cancer Fatigue Scale,CFS)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOL-74)]、护理满意度。结果护理后,干预组CFS评分的情感维度、认知维度、躯体维度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,干预组GQOL-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论多模态体感运动联合格林模式健康教育应用于甲状腺癌切除术患者中,能够改善癌症疲乏,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of multimodal somatosensory movement combined with Green's mode health education on patients undergoing thyroid cancer resection.Methods A total of 80 patients with thyroid cancer resection admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from February 2021 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and intervention group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given multimodal somatosensory movement combined with Green's mode health education.The cancer fatigue[Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)],quality of life[Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the emotional dimension,cognitive dimension and physical dimension of CFS score in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the GQOL-74 score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multimodal somatosensory movement combined with Green's mode health education in patients undergoing thyroid cancer resection can improve cancer fatigue,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
