健康教育联合心理护理对行冠状动脉CTA检查患者的配合度及心理反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析健康教育联合心理护理对冠状动脉CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)检查的配合度及心理反应影响。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年5月在山东省聊城市传染病医院接受冠状动脉CTA检查的80例患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施心理护理,观察组实施心理护理联合健康教育,比较两组的配合度、不良情绪及护理满意度。结果观察组配合度为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合心理护理提升冠状动脉CTA检查患者的配合度,减轻患者的心理负担。Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing on the cooperation degree and psychological reaction of coronary CT angiography(CTA).Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent coronary CTA examination in Liaocheng Infectious Disease Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with health education.The cooperation degree,unhealthy emotions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The cooperation degree of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with psychological nursing can improve the cooperation degree of patients with coronary CTA examination,reduce the psychological burden of patients.
