精细化护理对高血压脑出血术后患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血患者手术治疗后开展精细化护理对预后效果的作用。方法随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月济宁市第三人民医院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理方案将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理。对比两组患者的并发症发生情况、心理状态、肢体功能、日常生活能力、护理满意度。结果观察组并发症总发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。观察组焦虑评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血患者术后护理中开展精细化护理可改善负面情绪及预后效果,患者满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing on the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgical treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing schemes,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received fine nursing.The incidence of complications,psychological status,limb function,daily living ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The scores of Anxietyrating Scale and Self-rating Depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and daily living ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve negative emotions and prognosis,and patient satisfaction is high.
