COOK宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素静脉滴注在宫颈低评分足月孕妇计划分娩中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究COOK宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素静脉滴注在宫颈低评分足月孕妇计划分娩中的临床效果。方法 2023年1月—2024年8月黔西南州妇幼保健院收治的80例宫颈低评分的足月孕妇为研究对象,根据不同辅助分娩方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受缩宫素静脉滴注辅助分娩,观察组采用COOK宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素静脉滴注的辅助分娩方法,比较两组宫颈Bishop评分、分娩方式及产妇和新生儿并发症发生情况。结果 临产时,两组宫颈Bishop评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论 在低宫颈评分的足月孕妇中,采用COOK宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素可以改善宫颈Bishop评分,降低并发症发生率,减少剖宫产率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of COOK cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin intra-venous drip in planned delivery of full-term pregnant women with low cervical score.Methods From January 2023 to August 2024,80 full-term pregnant women with low cervical scores admitted to Qianxinan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different assisted delivery methods,they were di-vided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received oxytocin intra-venous drip assisted delivery,while the observation group received COOK cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin intravenous drip assisted delivery.The cervical Bishop score,delivery mode and maternal and neonatal com-plications were compared between the two groups.Results During labor,the cervical Bishop scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion In full-term pregnant women with low cervical score,COOK cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin can improve cervical Bishop score,reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
