内镜下外耳道冲洗联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用内镜下外耳道冲洗联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏对真菌性外耳道炎患者的疗效。方法 本研究随机选取2022年1月—2024年6月泰州市第四人民医院收治的80例真菌性外耳道炎患者作为研究对象,分为各40例的两组。所有患者均接受内镜下外耳道冲洗治疗,同时,对照组采用硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗,探究组则采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗。对比两组症状严重程度、炎症因子水平、听阈水平、治疗总有效率。结果 治疗前,血清炎症因子水平、症状严重程度评分、听阈水平两组进行对比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。症状严重程度评分与血清炎症因子水平、听阈水平两组治疗后均降低,且探究组相较于对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗总有效率探究组高于对照组[95.00%(38/40)比80.00%(32/40)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论 采用内镜下外耳道冲洗联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎,可有效减轻患者症状、降低血清炎症因子水平、改善听阈,并提高治疗总有效率。Objective To explore the efficacy of applying endoscopic external ear canal irrigation combined with treti-noin econazole cream on patients with fungal otitis externa.Methods In this study,80 patients with fungal otitis ex-terna admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Taizhou City from January 2022 to June 2024 were randomly se-lected as study subjects and divided into two groups of 40 cases each.All patients were treated with endoscopic exter-nal ear canal irrigation,while the control group was treated with miconazole nitrate cream and the exploratory group was treated with tretinoin econazole cream.Symptom severity,inflammatory factor level,hearing threshold level,and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,serum inflammatory factor levels,symptom severity scores,and hearing threshold levels were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Symptom severity score and serum inflammatory factor level,hearing threshold level were reduced in both groups after treatment,and the investigation group was lower compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treat-ment in the study group was higher than that in the control group[95.00%(38/40)vs 80.00%(32/40)],and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic external auditory canal irrigation com-bined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream in the treatment of fungal otitis externa can effectively allevi-ate the symptoms of patients,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the hearing threshold,and im-prove the total effective rate of treatment.
