摘　　要：目的 研究综合护理策略对提升小儿肺炎继发腹泻患儿生活质量的影响。方法 随机选取2021年6月—2022年6月山东省济宁市兖州区人民医院儿科收治的100例肺炎继发腹泻患儿为研究对象,按照不同护理方法进行分组,每组50例,常规组采用常规护理方式,综合组在常规组基础上采用综合护理干预。对比两组生活质量、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 护理后,综合组生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,综合组护理满意度为94.00%(47/50),高于常规组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。护理后,综合组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理策略在小儿肺炎继发腹泻治疗中展现出显著成效,不仅提升了患儿的生活品质,也增强了患儿家属的满意度,同时降低了并发症的发生率。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing strategies on improving the quality of life of chil-dren with pneumonia complicated by diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia diarrhea secondary admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City,Shandong Province from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the compre-hensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group.The quality of life,nurs-ing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After nursing,the comprehensive group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as 94.00%(47/50)than 80.00%(40/50)in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing strategy showed remarkable results in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia complicated with diarrhea,which not only improved the quality of life of the chil-dren,but also enhanced the satisfaction of the children's families,and at the same time reduced the incidence of com-plications.
