基于“专科”理念的渗透式护理模式在老年天疱疮患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 研究基于“专科”理念的渗透式护理模式在老年天疱疮患者中的应用价值。方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月贺州市人民医院收治的70例老年天疱疮患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为常规组、渗透组,各35例。常规组予以常规护理模式,渗透组在常规组基础上予以基于“专科”理念的渗透式护理模式。比较两组护理满意度、负性情绪、生活质量评分。结果 渗透组护理满意度为91.43%(32/35),高于常规组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.628,P=0.031)。护理后,渗透组生活质量评分高于常规组,负性情绪评分低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 基于“专科”理念的渗透式护理模式能减轻老年天疱疮患者沮丧等消极心理,改善患者满意度,并提高其生活质量。Objective To study the application value of infiltration nursing model based on the concept of"specialty"in elderly patients with pemphigus.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with pemphigus treated in Hezhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into rou-tine group and infiltration group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group was given the routine nursing mode,and the infiltration group was given the infiltration nursing mode based on the"specialty"concept on the basis of the routine group.Nursing satisfaction,negative emotion and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of infiltration group was 91.43%(32/35),which was higher than that of routine group 71.43%(25/35),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.628,P=0.031).After nursing,the quality of life score of infiltration group was higher than that of routine group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of routine group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The infiltration nursing model based on the concept of"specialty"can alleviate depression and other nega-tive psychology of elderly patients with pemphigus,improve patient satisfaction and improve their quality of life.
