摘　　要：目的 分析护理干预预防泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术中低体温的效果。方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年6月泰安市中医医院收治的86例泌尿外科腔镜手术患者为研究对象,采用常规护理的为对照组,基于常规护理开展保暖护理干预的为研究组。各43例。比较两组体温变化、低体温发生率。结果 研究组麻醉诱导后60 min、麻醉诱导后120 min,手术结束时、离开麻醉恢复室前5 min的体温高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组的体温发生率18.60%(8/43)比较,研究组的4.65%(2/43)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044)。结论 保暖护理用于泌尿外科腔镜手术患者中,可降低术中低体温发生率,并改善患者术中体温状况,效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on preventing intraoperative hypothermia in pa-tients undergoing endoscopic urological surgery.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,86 patients with urological endoscopic surgery admitted to Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected as the re-search objects.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with warm nurs-ing intervention based on routine nursing measures 43 cases in each group.The changes of body temperature indexes and the incidence of hypothermia were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 60 min after anesthesia induction,120 min after anesthesia induc-tion,at the end of surgery,and 5 min before leaving the anesthesia recovery room,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of body temperature in the study group was 4.65%(2/43)lower than that in the control group 18.60%(8/43),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044).Conclusion Warm nursing can reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and improve the intraoperative body tempera-ture in patients undergoing urological endoscopic surgery,and the effect is significant.
